Publishing requirements to web

Hi all


Is there a way to publish a requirement to the web portal in a batch?


I can create a certain requirement I have created, across numerous requests through a batch - but I can't figure out how to send them all to the web portal at the same time. Im currently having to go in individually afterwards and hit publish to the web.

(Or is there a way to make a certain requirement automatically publish to the web when created?)

    Yes, you can publish in a batch.  Run a full search for the request you want to assign and select all. In the Action ribbon, scroll over to Create Requirements.

    Select the Type of requirements and the due date and Add to Schedule.

    Then go back to your search and select all and then click on Requirements on the left side-bar.

    Select the requirements you want to publish and in the Action ribbon there a Publish to Web option.


    At least I am fairly certain that's how you do it!  Good luck.
