Tracking Click Throughs with NXT Email Marketing

Perhaps I'm missing something, but is there a way to receive more in-depth information on exact what people are clicking on when looking at email marketing analytics in NXT? We've been using OLX, and want to start using NXT to send emails, but OLX lets us see what people are clicking on and in NXT I'm only seeing the fact that they clicked. This is important as we use the software to send our e-magazine, and we want to see what content they're most interested in and responsive to. Please let me know if I'm just looking in the wrong place! I'm new on NXT E-mail Marketing but...just not seeing it.

  • We have the same questions. We were using eTapestry and the analytics there were wonderful. This seems very primitive. Another thing that concerns me is the inability to open and view the email after it is sent. Am I missing something?
  • I agree! I don't think we're missing anything, I think that functionality is simply missing. I also would like the ability to open and see previous emails because we often like to copy them for use as a starting point for what we're currently sending. I was hoping that NXT email marketing would at least match the functionality of OLX, which we're trying to move away from for emails.

  • @Julie Porter it just means that the person who wrote the post originally put it in a part of the forum dedicated to a different Blackbaud product, and an admin has moved it to a section that's more relevant to the question being asked. You can change which product you're viewing posts for by using the "browse categories" link at the top of the page.
