Query for Membership, Corporate, and Foundations acknowledgment letters

Hello all, 


My organization is fairly new to Altru, and I am in charge of setting up our acknowledgment letters.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with ad-hoc queries needed for the membership, corporate, and foundation acknowledgment letters?

    First, you shouldn't have to set up acknowledgement letters for membership if you are running their membership through the membership process. Membership should be kept separate from donation letters since they are 2 different beasts.


    Think of the acknowledgement process as a set up for each designated letter.  In other words, if you have general support from an individual, corporation, or foundation, they will be the same letter. Or a specific program would be set up toward those as well but with a different letter.


    I keep all my acknowledgment queries in one folder in the information library. Here's what my general support query looks like:



    The others follow suit, I just have a different Application Detail Designation category for each. 


    I know others may set there's up differently, but this works for us.  If I need a different signature on the letter, say the corporate letter is signed by someone else, then I change that after I download my letters from the process before I print them.
