Hi there! What AP Automation software do you think works best with FE NXT? I know PaperSave is popular but we've also heard that Stampli is good option. We are also looking at Certify but they don't integrate directly with FE. Does anyone have experience with these or another AP automation service?

    Hi Tom - We are looking for a procure to pay system with predefined approval paths for requisitions and invoices. I'm using automation broadly here - because so much of our current system is manual almost anything counts as automation for us. But when I say this I'm thinking mostly about approval paths and OCR to autofill invoice data

    Paramount WorkPlace is the only option I could find that integrates directly with FE. It's a really impressive platform, very sleek. I was referred to them by the folks at PaperSave, both are Blackbaud preferred vendors.


    I found that most services are able to export a csv file that can then be uploaded into FE. We are planning to upload invoice records and continue making all payments through FE. It is also worth noting that payment records cannot be imported to FE
