Would love to see your Fundraiser's Dashboard's!!

Hi All,

Happy New Year! I would love to see examples of the measurables that you have created for your fundraising team through RE NXT reporting/ dashboards! I am looking to do a huge over all and curious about reporting everyone has created and offered for their teams.

Thanks so much

Gemma

  • Ours is very simple at this time. I've not had time to play around in the designer.  But the DO's are at least able to build lists off of the attached to see who is in each total.
  • Yes...the visual result is not great. For this reason I am having to snapshot the various insights I need from the dashboard...into a ppt slide.
  • Mine are very basic. I use Reporting to pull some very standard numbers at a glance - like totals for an ongoing appeal, or fund comparison year over year, and use Insights to create some more monthly reporting things. I have several Insights/Reports for those. Like looking at our annual Fund, I pull the total given in the previous month, and the breakdown of appeals. I have a donor retention dashboard as well. I also have a dashboard for Opportunities - still working out some kinks though.
  • Thanks for sharing Tom! This is amazing information. My challenge and maybe next step will be to encourage our relationship manager's to use the Opportunity function in NXT.... We don't currently use this yet!
  • Tom this is great. But what report type is the bottom-left tile, title beginning ‘MU-Funded Opportunities…’?

  • Ahh, that's a heatmap Insight. Essentially a kind of crosstab / pivot table report that allows you to show the intersection of two different data points and then it highlights (darker color) the higher numbers.

In this case it's counting the number of funded proposals by each fundraiser (x axis) within certain categories (y axis)…

  • @Gemma Atkinson I wish there were more examples on here - I just hopped on to search for exactly this topic!

My favorite thing I've done recently is to break down some detail on our appeals from last year. Though I wish I could filter the insights based on things like “new donors." Hopefully there will continue to be development on this feature.
