Recurring Payments missing from Blackbaud Merchant Services
it has come to my attention that one donors recurring payments have not been deducted since October of last year. The payments are missing from BBMS distribution report.
Has anyone else experienced this and know what the issue is?

so you're seeing them recorded and charged in your database, but not in BBMS? I've never seen this.
How sure are you that they've actually been charged? That would be my first instinct to check on.1
