Hi, is there way on the Online Express Donation form where we can add a check mark asking donors if they would like to sign up for our monthly newsletter?

    Hi Kevin,


    You can use the Consent Options that are set up on the database side. Once you have set a consent option up for the newsletter, open the donation form in OLX and on the first tab Getting Started, at the bottom you can activate "Allow Opt-in Options" section. You can opt to only include the one consent option or more and there is a place to enter your own Opt-in text that appears above the consent option on the form. Hope this helps.

    Kathleen Eastman‍, thanks for the tip, and for those who like me who were not aware of this option you need to enable consent tracking from Integration Options, Consent Tracking, in your Account settings for Online Express for this to be active.

    Do you all know how it then works once they've opted in? Do you run some sort of report to see who opted in? Can you set up different options based on which online express form they opted in from?
