How do I access School API? adding app in EMS had no effect...

I am successfully using the RE and FE SKY APIs with my in-house app, however while I have added my app in EMS, it doesn't show up when I log in and try to grant access. I see my FE and RE instances, but not EMS.


I've put in a ticket with Blackbaud Support, but they told me I needed to contact the developer of my app (that's me!) and get them to figure it out because Blackbaud Support doesn't offer support for the SKY API (!). Unlike other applications we're using with K12/ON/Core/EMS, there's no sign of my app in the configuration section within Core, so beyond adding the app in the EMS interface, I'm not sure how to proceed further.


I'm using the ON API at the moment, but apparently there'll be no further development on it and all new development is happening with the EMS SKY API...which I can't access for some reason.


How do you set up K12/ON/Core/EMS with your app so that you can generate a token and start using it? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    I didn't realize that my EMS and RE share the same environment. When I logged in to get a token, I saw my FE and RE environments, but not a separate EMS environment.


    After renaming the environment from the default "RE Environment 12345" to something more meaningful (and less confusing, since I was looking for "EMS") to me, I'm successfully using the School API.
