Pregistered Program vs Scheduled Program

Hello, Just wondering if folks have seen a notable difference between online users having problems registering for preregistered programs, more so than just a simple scheduled program. The additional guests steps seem to cause a lot of errors and confusion - wondering if thats something all users have seen.

    I would say the only time we see a higher frequency of questions regarding how to sign up is when it's for multiple people for a pre-registered program event. It may also be that those programs happen less frequently (a couple times a year, like camp).


    I would say on the whole that struggles with registration are about the same for scheduled programs and pre-registered programs for us (we do not use Daily at all, so all of our programs are either scheduled or pre-registered).
