Unable to retrieve online applications in SKY - Anybody else having this issue?

To echo all of the other concerns, it seems this beta version is not fully baked an isn't functional. My applications just disappear and I have to go back to classic to retrieve them. What's the point?

  • I am also having this problem and contacted customer support about the issue. They had me clear my cache (which they have had me do with almost every issue I've had with SKY) and then reffered the issue to internal resources. I haven't heard anything back yet, it's been about 24 hours.
  • I too am having this same issue. Extremely frustrating going back and forth to classic view and sky view. I'm trying to learn Sky and with having to go back and forth it is hindering my progress on learning Sky. Can anyone answer when this application retrieval process in Sky is going to be corrected?
  • To retrieve applications in Sky, use your dashboard to retreive them, then go to "Applications" at the top and click "Pending Applications". Your applications will show up there in the screen where you check for duplicates and consider the application just like the classic version. It took a bit to find, but they are there.


    The Sky version is slowly bringing on all components of the classic version, but not everything is available yet. Hopefully, this conversion will be complete sooner rather than later.
  • I was able to retrieve applications and go through the entire process last week. This week is a different story! Error messages are occurring when I try to go through the process. Tech. Support is looking into it.
