Are my "parents" getting the Admissions Official Notes, especially when sending in bulk?

We did a bulk send for Acceptances in Enrollment Management and have "email parents" selected.

We keep hearing about some families not getting our communications. I have tried viewing communications on the User's record and it shows the Official Notes and BBID going out. I also tried the CORE> Communication > Bounces to see if the address flagged as BAD...still nothing.


Just looking to do my best to determine possible solutions before chucking up to User Error...they just don't know how to use their own email : )


I suppose I can ask them to whitelist us and to use the Unblock Me form from BB.
