Confirmation Email from Online Form through BBNXT

I have created an online form via Blackbaud NXT. Submission worked, but never received a confirmation email, to donor or internal emails. Any help on troubleshooting the problem would be great

    Hi Kym Williams‍ - Check your junk mail folder. This happens a lot when receiving confirmations/test messages from any email provider that is sending an email your behalf.

    I am curious how you created the online form via BB NXT, I have not seen this feature.

    an option that is Donation Form Designer
