Reporting Data for Admission Cycle

Hi All,


Where is the most accurate place to record data weekly throughout the admission cycle? Would you recommend Candidate List, Analyze or create your own Advanced Lists? Also, when a candidate drops out of the process before decisions go out, do you inactivate them so they stop showing up on lists when you pull for emails (We use Hubspot for our CRM and often need to upload the various lists that are generated from Blackbaud). But I don't want them to go away because I need to count them in certain numbers. Any other advice on this topic for to keep the data clean as I report weekly on admission numbers? What best practices have you adopted in your office that you find are streamlining the process and keeping your data clean and consistent?
