    2020 was the first year I did this. I used set up a Prospect Plan for each of our grant applications and created Opportunities for each ask. Still not perfect but I like information is in Altru know and it is fairly easy to track.

    Jessica, did you develop a system that you're happy with? We're just moving into Altru and I'd like to do this too.

    Hi Carolyn - we did not develop a new system after all. Perhaps in the future, but we don't have the time at the moment. We enter our grants in to Altru only once we've received the award notice (enter as a pledge) then again when we receive the actual funds (enter as a payment). For tracking proposal deadlines and submissions, we're still using just an Excel spreadsheet. Eventually though, I'd love to get it all tracked in Altru!
