RE NXT Event form embedding problem

Hello all! Hope there's warm sun where you are!


I created an event registration form in RE NXT and our web manager embedded the code on the event landing page. The registrant makes their selection in "1. Please make selection below", then hits "NEXT" button.


The next section "2. Enter registrant details" appears BUT the user is taken to the footer of the event landing page. They then have to scroll back up to find "2. Enter registrant details".


Our web team looked into this and it's not the webpage coding.


Could it be the form coding? I'm not a coding expert, but I can provide the form coding if someone knows if/where it might be causing this issue.

    I'm by no means a coding expert either. I've seen similar issues on other platforms/websites, however. My first guess is that the first part of your form is very long, and that the "Enter registrant details" is much shorter. And so once you complete the first part of the form, the browser keeps you at the same location of the page (xx pixels/rows from the top of the page). So it looks like you were pushed down, but actually you were at the same distance from the top. I might be totally off base, because we can't see the page you mention.


    If the above is correct, then perhaps you might want to either shorten the first part of the form and/or lengthen the second part.
