Notification of pending official notes?

Hi,


According to https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/23643 the monitoring team cannot be notified by the system that an official note is pending. I am wondering if anyone has found a way around this? My dean is annoyed that they must go and check to see if something is there.

    I've had that request as well from division heads for a few years now. Since we have notifications for so many other things, it seems like it wouldn't be too difficult but I'll admit I don't understand what it would take to make it happen.

    very frustrating indeed. They need to make the Official Notes like the ones available in Enrollment that will notify all non-teaching staff. If it exists in Enrollment Management then it should be easy to add this same ability on the Academic end
