Marketing Emails Not Going to Gmail Addresses

Hi. We send out monthly newsletters and both my supervisor and I have our gmail accounts attached to our NXT records so that we see those emails come through. However, they are not showing up in our junk folders or anywhere that we can figure out. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Have you verified that you pulled into the send list? Have you ever unsubscribed so that you would be filtered out by sending platform?

    Hi Monica Chamberlain‍ - Have your IT department check in on your DKIM and SPF, and make sure it is working properly for emails that originate through BB servers. This will make sure that the appropriate email identification tools for inboxes to verify your BB emails are working correctly.   • Also check your email settings in NXT - the third tab named "Finalize your email". You can set it to send to a specific email type OR the email marked as Primary.
