Cannot log on after changing password

I had to change my password after it expired but now when I attempt to log in to open database view Blackbaud Hosting Services it is telling my my username or password is incorrect. How can I reset it again?

  This actually sounds like an issue for Customer Support. Are you able to contact them at https://www.blackbaud.com/training-support/support ?

  Hi Ray,
  
  I tried to use the Chat support to solve the issue but no support person came on. I asked my organization's Administrator to reset it for me.
