    When I worked at Loma Linda University Health we used ImportOmatic for the Grateful Patient Program. It's been awhile but I do know it worked great. You might reach out to Angel Quinn‍ or Ally Blasy at LLUH.

    Advise to be very careful about specifying what you want done and how you expect to see the results. Generally, you can do anything Omatic is supplying yourself and have control and knowledge of duplicates (BIG issue for an import we had them execute) and data inconsistency.
