Blackbaud ID Login problem right now --4-30-21

Hi All,


I was just contacted by a student who is getting an error message when trying to log in to our myschool app. I am getting the same error message that is: You do not have permission to view this directory or page.


Since support is closed, and there is no status message on the BB status page, I'm reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing it. I am able to log in using my non-Blackbaud ID, which makes it appear it is similar to the issue last week with the BBID SSO.

    Wanted to report that our BBID is back up after being down for about 2 hours this evening. I'll follow up with BB on Monday.
