How to determine donors that haven't given in a certain year?

Hi there,


I've made a query where the summary amount equals 0, but its pulling information from the spouse making it look like these households have not given this year, even if I know they have.


Thoughts on what I can input in the query, to narrow these down?

    Have you tried looking in the query options under gift processing, and tried to credit soft credits to both? I think that may help.


    Also, which summary are you using, Total amount of gifts or total number of gifts. It seems like it shouldn't matter, but I have seen cases where it does (ie. adjustments, write-offs).

    Thank you Dariel Dixon‍ I couldn't find that under gift options, but I will give it another shot. Its better than where I was last. lol
