We are new to NXT (still "cheat" and flip to database view) and I'm wondering if there is a way to customize the EFT payment email notification that is sent to vendors receiving electronic pmts. The "canned" notice includes the invoice number, payment amount, and payment date. It would be very helpful to my vendors to also see the payment description.

    Following!! I don't believe that there is. We are not using this currently because it does not give enough details. Plus we email out notification to several people and I don't think this has that capability either.

    Our goal is to extend the flexibility of the email receipt in the future. We had to deprioritize this work due to other product requirements.

    We do plan on revisiting.

    Is there any way to move the email receipt for EFT payments up the priority ladder? We are having to do a lot of improvising and behind the scenes work in order to let our vendor's know exactly what they are receiving payment for. The ability to include the payment description on the EFT notice would be so helpful. Secondly, having the email come from our organization, instead of Blackbaud, would also be very beneficial. It appears others in the Blackbaud Community have posed the same questions and would benefit from the EFT payment notices being updated accordingly.

    I began to send each invoice payment individual so our vendors can at least match up a dollar amount.

    Has customization of the email receipt for EFT payments been revisited? ?

    Following up on this as well. Any movement on this Blackbaud? It is frustrating to have to take multiple steps to give vendors the information they need when a notification is already available, but does not provide sufficient information and is not customizable.

    We plan to implement customization of the email receipt and understand it's importance. It is one of the features that will be looked at in 2023. Working on completing other product requirements planned this year.

    @Angela Tuttle I am using email notifications in web view and still have vendors reaching out for more information, sometimes stating they do not receive the emails at all.
