Rejected Requisition Closed

I am having a problem where I rejected a requisition in Web Purchasing that is now listed as 'closed' rather than being returned to the originator for correction. How do I correct this? Can I reopen and have send it back to the originator?

    Once it is rejected, or a line item on a larger one is rejected, those are dead / closed and will need to be re-entered. KB 48471 has a note specific to this.
