Gift Field payment method when interating FE and RE

Does anyone have a solution for the gift field payment method when integrating RE and FE when posting to GL?


The advice we received was to use Gift Sub-type to indicate credit card, etc.

    We include the payment method in the account description. A query is used to post the payment method as separate batches.

    Brian Pugh‍ If the payment type impacts the accounts that the coding needs to go to, then yes using the gift subtype will allow for different mapping based on the subtype
