Hi! Does anyone know if you lose the entire submitted and complete committee review if you delete/archive an active matrix? Or does the rating part just drop off of the review? I hesitate doing this mid-stream but we just don't use it effectively and I'd like to get rid of it.

    From my experience, removing the rating matrix from the committee will also remove any ratings that have already been made. You will still be able to see any narrative reviews and committee decisions, though. We actually had an issue where I removed a matrix from one specific committee and it resulted in the ratings being removed from all committees that used that matrix. Apparently this was a flaw that was resolved recently but just a heads up.


    I don't have experience with deleting/archiving a rating matrix outright, but I would imagine that deleting it would likely remove any ratings that utilized that particular matrix. If it were me, I would create a sample committee and matrix to experiment with and see what happens for sure.
