Hi, I just started a new job. This is my first job as a Director with adm rights for RE/NXT. In previous jobs, Opportunities was available in Lists. However, this feature is nowhere to be found. It is not shown on a constituent Profile as well.


The previous Administrator, who is also our Communications Director, is not familiar with this feature. And we are on a shortened summer schedule.


I would appreciate any help you can give me, while I work at home for the weekend. It would be great to be prepared, when I return to work next week.

PS I'm also having trouble logging into the Database version of RE. - Sigh...

    Constance Anderson‍, if you have admin rights, then the first thing that comes to mind would be to make sure that your subscription includes the Prospect module at your new place of employment. Do your donor records have Ratings and Opportunities when you open up an individual? The only other thing I can think of is to check with your product support specialist at BB and see if that is a feature that is on a rollout calendar -- not all features are rolled out to all RE users at the same time.

    Great advice! I have to wait until Monday to try it out. Unfortunately, I can't get into the admin side of things yet. Sign in challenges.
