Globally delete Prospect (Prospect Management in NXT) information

Is it possible to either globally delete, or override with an import, information saved under the RE Prospect tab? We can't find it in the Global Change area and yet we're pretty convinced that historically information must have been globally imported to that area (most of which we now want to delete to tidy up, but can't stomach facing 4,000+ of them!)


If anyone has had any experience of mass managing that information (specifically in the area known as 'Financial Information' in NXT), I would be very grateful for your help.

    I don't think it's an option in either Global Change or Global Delete, but it looks like you can update them through Import if you've got their IDs.


    It does seem like a bit of design flaw that RE lets us import records by the thousands but then provides no way of removing it! I've had the same issue with consent records in the past. Zeidman Development do have several plug-ins that delete data that can't be removed by Global Delete (e.g. event participants) but I couldn't see that they have one for financial information unfortunately.
