Constituent Rating List returns 4 fewer records than reported

Testing the GET Rating List endpoint of the Constituent API (api.sky.blackbaud.com/constituent/v1/constituents/{constit_id}/ratings) with options include_inactive=true&most_recent_only=false, I'm finding that the response consistently reports a count that is 4 more than the actual number of items in the value array. Further, the endpoint does not seem to honor the usual limit and offset parameters, so when I try to get the rest, I get duplicated data.


Is there a workaround for this?

    This sounds buggy to me and I would want our support team to get this ticket created so the engineers can take a closer look. Please file the issue with them when you have some time.
