Facebook Domain Verification
Facebook has recently changed their processes and requires all domains to be validated, including the ticketing (Blackbaud) domain.
We need to verify our Domain with Facebook with Altru to insure we keep accurate tracking of conversions and marketing efforts.
We need Altru to update the Altru DNS TXT record: (Heard Museum ID)
This is critical functionality for any organization using digital marketing efforts.

Wanted to add to your note, Todd! We are facing the same challenges. We first reached out to support and our customer success team in April in order to proactively find a solution. We've tried to add a meta tag to our head section in our page designer html but it seems to be scrubbed out due to security requirements. Unfortunately to this point, we haven't found a solution.0

Two of my clients have run into this problem, as well. No solution yet from Altru Support.0
