We want your feedback! Recently a survey was released to Billing Management users to get feedback on how things are going and what can be improved.

  • There was supposed to be a fix two weeks ago that would fix this, but charges still aren't being generated AT ALL despite everything being set up properly (per our consultant). If charges won't generate then they have to be entered manually and if I have to do that I may as well use Excel or Quickbooks for all things financial. Currently the billing management program is not only useless but detrimental, since students can see it but not their actual charges. Why are we paying for something that we have to do ourselves?
