ON API Credential email?

Last Thursday afternoon several of my users got an email about updating their ON API Credential. I as the one who has setup any third party tools didn't get notice. We don't have any custom apps only purchases ones like Pick-a-Time, CampBrain, SchoolDoc or BrightArrow. I can't figure out how this list was chosen. One is an employee who left our school years before we bought Blackbaud so I don't know where they even got his email?

  • Hi Brian, sometimes we run lists from all of the environments of platform managers but in this case we were told internally I think because it involves 3rd party support and potentially schools' other contracts that we should be sending to addresses in our account management system flagged as primary - not necessarily people who are system administrators but sometimes that could mean responsible for purchases and renewals etc. Could be that as people have come and gone that hasn't been updated in our CRM I can follow up and see if there's a regular process for reaching out to keep that up to date, I'd think at least during renewals that paperwork gets updated but thanks for the heads up!
