Recording HRSA Allocations in RE NXT

We are beginning to use RE NXT to record grant processes for our non-competitive government awards/allocations, which we haven't done in the past. While it is a great solution to ensure that we stay on top of our deadlines for reporting and renewal submissions (fiscal tracked this in excel in the past), we do not want allocations from HRSA or other non-competitive core funding to be mixed in with our overall fundraising totals. Does anyone out there have processes you use for meeting pre and post award tracking needs while keeping this funding separate from competitive fundraising revenue? Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Hi Lori, we're not doing this in our org, so I may not be on the right track here, but could you put them in as pledges in thier own fund? That way you can seperate between pre and post award, and cleanly seperate them from the rest of your revenue.
