    For the purposes of VSE and our own internal monthly financial reports, we set our Alumni of Record count at the top of each fiscal year in order to track participation rates. Wondered if there is a canned demographic or statistical report for such a thing. No biggie if not, I can write a query based on the parameters set forth in the CASE RSMG.

    There is no canned report for this. I would set the number based from the beginning at the fiscal year, and just keep that number throughout the year.

    Yep, that's what we do - we set the benchmark at the top of the fiscal year (July 1) and it stays constant. Since I posted this, I found a neat Tally report in Demographic Reports and build one (actually 5) from that report template. All is well! Thanks all!
