Hi Everyone - I would like to generate an “Acknowledgement” action for my CEO for any gifts that come in from Board Members and Annual Members. I've created the respective lists, however I can't figure how to both apply the workflow to the list while also selecting giving criteria to trigger the actions. Any ideas for how I can overlay list and criteria exclusivity in my workflow? Other work arounds? Thank you!!

    To your constituent list of Board Members, could add a filter for giving, such as Gift Date last week? Then you could use that list in your workflow.

    Thanks, Marie! I think this is how I will move forward. I'm hoping in the future workflows can include a gift trigger for workflows tailored to a specific list of constituents, instead of having to manually filter. Thanks, again!
