Create Visitors Labels

Hello Everyone,

I talk to Blackbaud customer support, and I was not able to find a solution. Not sure what software or platform schools are using. My main objective is to print Label names for visitors and pull the data from Blackbaud to get the most updated database for the parents and students. The only labels available inside Blackbaud are mailing labels, which is good. But I need to be able to create visitors labels name as follow:

Parents preferred name, last name.
Student's preferred name
Home Room

Please, if anyone can share what software to used to create labels, I will appreciate it.

    Here's how I would tackle this task: Build an Advanced List with that pulls the fields that you want. Export the data, then run it through any sort of “mailmerge” software to create labels that look the way you want them to. I can envision creating a label template for the merge, then pulling as you need the labels.

    Definite bummer that it isn't more turn-key and that the system doesn't support a “run labels based on the displayed data”!

    You might also be able to use a User list + Student list or Courses list, exported and combined in Excel.
