HubSpot to Enrollment Management (Inquiry)

Our school uses BB Enrollment Management. We are using HubSpot to collect the candidate Inquiry. We have hired a company to write a script that would allow the Inquiries that come in through HubSpot to be imported to BB. The import was intended to create an Inquiry form for the Candidate in Enrollment Management, in the same way as an inquiry that is entered using a BB Inquiry form. The Inquiry would then display on the Dashboard to be processed like any other Inquiry. However, the script they have written is importing the Candidate information directly into the database with the Status of 'Inquiry' without creating an Inquiry form. Therefore, Admissions has no way of knowing an Inquiry has been imported by viewing the Dashboard. The company writing the script has informed us that BB API documentation is insufficient to create the Inquiry as intended. They are building off the ON API not the SKY API if that makes a difference. Do any of you use HubSpot to collect Inquiries and have a way to get them into BB without having to manually enter them? I am not a programmer so any insights or suggestions you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    We recommend all new development use SKY API instead of ON API.

    The "legacy" ON API is no longer being expanded.

    SKY API has parity with ON API and is growing over time.

    Hi Kathleen, we also use Hubspot and are having issues with the integration with Blackbaud Enrollment Management due to the new captcha that Blackbaud implemented recently.     Hi Tanya. The company we are using has been working on the project much longer than they or we expected and have hit a new snag with the Captcha. Should you decide to move forward with having an integration built, I strongly suggest building off the SKY API as BB recommends. All the best to you.

    I am a developer and I do not see anything relating to Inquiries on the SKY API, was it renamed to be something else?

    Please advise.

    Hi Tanya. I wish I had better news. We were not able to get the integration to work once the reCaptcha was thrown into the mix. As it stands now, we are still manually entering the information from HubSpot into BB. It would be beyond amazing if there was a way to make the two connect. Hope you are healthy and well. Kathleen

    If anyone else is coming here because of the Inquiry captcha, I believe we need to upvote this idea to actually garner some supports and attention by the Blackbaud developers:
