Accessing templates for Stage 2 application

The email template I have cannot be accessed when I generate Stage 2 application. It only gives me an option to choose and email template from Pending Requests.

  • I have the same issue and filed a case a couple of months ago. My last update (7/1) was that it should be resolved around early September. I would recommend starting a case - it sounds like a complex issue with varied impact on users. They've had follow up questions for me as they've worked on it.

  • I had the same issue, I just created an email template within pending requests for the stage 2 application.
