How do you distribute interview links/locations?

I'm curious to hear how others are handling the distribution of locations and/or zoom links for candidate/parent visits and interviews. Not having a “location” field available in the Visit Basics and as a placeholder in automated calendar communications means a LOT of manual workarounds for us in sending out additional official notes, etc. We even thought about creating users in the system with a zoom link last name so that we could use the “guidedby” placeholder. I know there is a “location” available in the visit agenda area, but it also requires a time and activity, so not much of a time saver.
