Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA is seeking a Director of Advancement Services.

Berkshire's Advancement team works to inspire the community’s philanthropic and volunteer investment in Berkshire’s mission and views the integrity, security, accessibility, and organization of data as essential to its ability to fundraise on behalf of the School.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Advancement and supported by the Director of Data Integrity and Research, the Director of Advancement Services is responsible for the setup, maintenance, security, and proper use of Berkshire’s fundraising database, The Raiser’s Edge.

The Director of Advancement Services is a full-time, exempt, 12-month staff position in the Advancement Office. This position is entitled to full benefits with the possibility of a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.
