Displaying a constituent's position

Is there a way to display a constituent's position in a list within an account so you can easily select the correct contact based on their title? I do not want to have to go into each employee record separately to see their titles.

    It doesn't appear that Position is available in Lists just yet. You can definitely do this in database view, if that helps. Just not in webview.
