Is there a specific Fundamentals or Pro Certification program available for CRM?

    Hi @Brandon Frank, while we try to maintain as many professional certifications as possible for our products, Blackbaud CRM is so large in scope and often so highly customized, we do not have a professional Certification for Blackbaud CRM at this time. I really do thank you for your question, however. If demand increases, we would certainly not rule out creating a new certification and announcing it here on the Blackbaud Community.
