What am I missing; I cannot see all the columns of information in open search windows nor can I see a way to make the search window larger. This limited view is really making the opportunity to select the correct organization or contact a challenge. Also, am I understanding correctly that, for example, a search on the contact's last name of Smith cannot be further sorted to put the Smiths in alpha order by first name? Thank you!

    The Workspace is sub-par, mostly because the fonts are too large. One helpful thing is that there is darkened bar above the workspace records that you can slide back and forth and see the hidden columns.

    I use Microsoft Edge to view BBGM in Sky view.

    I've adjusted the zoom to be 80% so I can see more information on the screen.

    This might work for you too.
