Directory results stop at 200

Is there a way around only seeing 200 results for the Directories? We have parents who want to see their sons' whole graduating class parent list, but with over 250 parents, they can only see 200. There isn't a button for “next” or “more results,” so they're stuck at only seeing 200 results.

They can't search for people, because they don't know who is on the list. They don't know who is on the list because they can only see 200 results. ?

Support mentioned the 200 results was a hard stop in the system for some unknown reason, so I'd like to fix this issue for our parents. Anyone know a way around this?

    Hi Shay!

    In the past, I've worked around this by enabling the option to print directories. When the directory (or search results) are printed, the PDF generated will not cap at 200 results. Otherwise, if you'd rather not allow parents to print the directory, internal directories can be generated from the Reports page. If there isn't already, this is probably a fantastic addition to the Ideas Portal!
