Insight Builder and Penetration Reports

Hi community! I've been using Insight Builder to create dashboards for our development officers and senior management team. I've encountered an issue that I'm not sure how to solve.

For a penetration report, I need to create a percentage of how many donors the officer has had a meeting (action) within ‘x’ amount of time. Most of this isn't a problem, I can create a table in Insight Builder with Fundraiser as the row, actions (filtered by attributes) in the first column, constituents assigned to a fundraiser in the second column, and the third column of a ratio percentage.

But here is the tricky part: I can't figure out how to pull out unique actions - one per constituent. Right now if an officer has completed 140 actions and has 100 constituents, it looks like they penetrated their portfolio - but that could be 20 actions on just one single constituent.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I know I can pull a spreadsheet and delete duplicates, but I really want to be able to put this insight on a dashboard. Any ideas?
