  • Michelle, have you tried using a different browser like Edge or Google Chrome? If Blackbaud did do an update, it may no longer be supported by Internet Explorer.

    Hi All,

    After reports of this issue on Friday, 9/17 a fix was released that afternoon to address an issue wherein the PDF attachment was blank when clicking the attachment from the Expenses tile on an invoice: https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/197326

    We did have some other cases opened on Friday **for a different issue** wherein the pdf preview was blank after running a report in FE NXT web view and were resolved by clearing the browser, cache, and cookies.

  • Rick, we use Edge and some of the staff use Google, with the same issues.
  • Oh okay. You had stated previously that you used IE. I am not sure what to tell you at this point. This issue was happening to us in Google Chrome, and clearing the history, cache and cookies seemed to be the fix for it. I also tried Edge, and we did not have the same issue using it.

  • Support had us use an incognito window. It works there.

  • I can't access modules. Been on hold for Tech Support for over 40 mins. What is going on?

  • It's working for me. Try opening a browser window in "Private mode" or "Incognito" and see if that works. If it does, then it's related to the caching issue (you have to empty your cache). Best of luck!

  • We are now experiencing this issue as well. I'm frustrated that the answer to most NXT issues is clear your cache. While that often works for a while, the issue usually returns and we have to keep doing it. It's a pain to have every online program I use think that this is the first time I've used it after clearing my cache. I have to accept extra messages and ‘how to’ tips in more than just Blackbaud. Argh!
