Integrating FE NXT with our active BB CRM

We moved to BB CRM in 2019. We are using FIMS for our GL but are now integrating with FE NXT. We did not have project codes in FIMS but would like to implement them with this integration. Is anyone aware of a way to migrate our existing account structure in CRM to one that supports project codes?

    Hi Michelle – generally speaking, your Designation structure in BBCRM should align directly with your Project structure in FE NXT, and the actual account numbers should be able to remain as-is. Obviously, every organization's BBCRM and FE NXT configuration is different and unique, but in general, BBCRM Designation = FE NXT Project is the conventional wisdom. I'd be happy to speak with you further about this at your convenience.
