  • We use the bulk email but not with workflow.. I would love to start, but nervous. We have no issue with the email itself though. I love being able to generate a list based on click throughs and opens :)

Hi @Lanetta Gilder - We use NXT for both email marketing and sending emails from workflow. Based on our experience so far, setting things up to go out is really easy for both one-time emails and emails that originate from a workflow. Our main point of frustration with NXT emails, is it is currently impossible to filter on email responses within Constituent Lists; meaning, you have to either access that information directly on a constituent's record or by reviewing each email's stats one-by-one.

Feel free to send me a direct message, if you would like to talk about this in more detail.

  • Hi @Austen Brown! Thanks for the quick response. Does your organization send bulk email - say like to a targeted audience? If so, do you know if any of your emails go to spam/junk folders?

Yes, we send emails in bulk through NXT. We went went through a laborious process a couple years ago to set up a DKIM and SPF that would recognize emails sent through BB's servers as our own, and prevent the emails from ending up in spam folders. If this is something you are planning to do, I would recommend getting your Customer Success Rep involved in the process, from the beginning.

  • Thanks @Austen Brown! This is what I'm currently experiencing!? Does your organization have a DMARC policy? If so, did it hamper the situation? Thanks for the advise on getting our Customer Success Rep involved, because it looks like we might have to go down that route.
