cc Email Addresses Not Being Sent

As a teacher and parent at the same school, I need to keep my two roles as separate as possible. My account is set up with my school email and I have added my personal email as a cc address. Whenever messages are sent out by teachers to my children's classes, the messages only go to my school email and not my personal email. Is there something additional that needs to be done by me or by my school in settings to make this happen?

  • Hi Chris you'll be happy to hear that we actually are in the midst of a huge notifications overhaul and as part of that we will be adding the ability to differentiate which address individual notifications should go to instead of just having the one primary/cc address. As far as a specific notification currently not going to both if you log a support ticket we can definitely take a look in the meantime!

    To submit a ticket, click on Help at the top of any Blackbaud Community page, then click Blackbaud Customer Support to access them.
