Better Performing Browser with SKY

Has anyone found that SKY performs better/quicker response time in Chrome versus Edge or visa versa? Been using Edge to take advantage of the opportunity to reduce the zoom down to 80%, but the response time seems slow.

    I have been using Mozilla Firefox and Chrome with success. I don't get the same results with Microedge.

    A co-worker signed on with Firefox a couple of times and some of her dashboards didn't show up. I tested it yesterday and the same. Most information did not appear. I use Chrome and have no issues.

    I have found Edge provides the best overall user experience across all BBGM SKY functions. Would be interested in hearing about others' experience.

    I prefer Chrome. No issues except for when I get the flashing green dot which is due to slowness because of Blackbaud and not the browser.

    Does anyone know if that slowness is because of the amount of our data and/or if there will be improvements to that?

    We logged the issue of poor latency and were advised today that it has been reviewed and a fix scheduled, but no timeframe given.
