Is anyone using PTC Wizard? If you are did you get the sky integration to work?

    We just started it and we did get the integration to work. m struggling with how to pick and choose which classes they do conferences for.

    Yes we have been using PTC for awhile. The transition to Sky was bumpy but seems all in order now. There were a few glitches for sure

    Larry do you have knowledge of the setup? I'm getting “it's PTC issue” from BB and a “it's BB issue” from PTC help support. We keep getting a “token not verified” page when we test the link the teachers use to edit their schedule. Any hints?

    The token would be to do with not copying and pasting proper link in Core - Authentication setting - SSO settings. Once you have the PTC side setup this is where you copy over the details here. See attachment.

    I also have a link in resource tab for staff to click on to redirect straight into PTC.

    We're having this exact same problem! Does anyone have any suggestions for how to indicate whether or not a class is conferencing for a specific period of time? Would a custom admin field for classes work as a filter?
